Do you handle both the design and installation of patios?
Yes, we provide 2D design drawings and manage the entire installation process from start to finish. 3D renderings are available upon request.
Do patios require permits?
Yes, permits are usually required for patios because they are considered impermeable surfaces, which can impact drainage and zoning regulations. How long does it take to install a patio?

Yes. We encourage planning for lighting, planting, speakers, outlets, and other enhancements before construction begins—so everything is accounted for before the first shovel hits the ground.

We do work with budgets.
Making sure we design to accommodate our clients is a big part of the process.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
In most cases, the answer is no. We need a site visit and accurate measurements.
Can you perform installations if I already have plans?
Yes, however, we may make suggestions or edits to the plan.
We will not implement another design if we feel like the structural integrity of a project has been compromised or under-engineered. We also will not implement a design that has horticultural or product flaws.
What are your payment terms?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and check. If a credit card is requested we charge a 3.5% finance fee (our cost from the merchant service provider.)
What guarantees do you offer on installations?
We’ll provide a clear timeline once we assess your property and finalize the design.

All of our staff are employees.
